- User Accounts

- User Content and Moderation
Been There Travel allows users to share photos, videos, reviews, and other content.
Post Visibility: Users have the ability to make their posts public or private.
Content License: By posting content on the app, you retain ownership of your content. However, by posting, you grant Been There Travel a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content within the app's ecosystem.
Moderation: We reserve the right to review, remove, or restrict any content that violates these Terms, applicable laws, or our community guidelines.
- Third-Party Integrations
Been There Travel integrates with Google Maps for location-based features. By using these features, you also agree to Google's Terms of Service.
A third-party messaging service is used for communication within the app. Messages may be processed through this service and subject to their policies.
- Location Services
Been There Travel may collect and use location data to enhance features such as tagging posts by location and providing travel recommendations.
You can disable location access through your device settings, but doing so may limit certain features.
We do not guarantee location accuracy, as it depends on third-party services (e.g., GPS, Wi-Fi).
- Push Notifications
The app may send notifications related to messages, travel updates, and app features.
Users can customize notification settings within the app to manage preferences.
